Strongly aware that every action in our business is linked to society and the future, Toyo Tire seeks to fulfill our purpose by solving social issues through our corporate activities and creating social value. Guided by this Sustainability Policy, we are committed to managing our business accordingly.

Last year, we published our first Integrated Report, which organized and included every element shaping Toyo Tire and updates on our relevant initiatives, aiming to promote a clearer understanding of the company we aspire to be in the future. In it, we presented our unique value creation process that we structured systematically. This process utilizes various forms of capital from society, including human resources and funds, to deliver attractive products to society through a business model that draws strength from close collaboration among production, sales, and R&D.

Given a productive dialogue with and feedback from stakeholders, this time we made an in-depth account of each stage of the value creation process, from input to outcomes, to facilitate understanding of the relationships between steps. We have also added a function to access information with which to make a concrete and quantitative assessment of each initiative and activity.
Furthermore, we expanded the content of our sustainability initiatives, whose promotion through integration with corporate management has begun to be established, and corporate governance, which is essential in assuring management quality.

Going forward, we hope that the Integrated Report 2024 will help us further facilitate dialogue with various stakeholders as we continue to strive to become a company that brings joy to society.
