Toyo Partners with Three European Performance Tuners
OSAKA,JAPAN-June 6, 2005- Toyo Tire & Rubber Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Yoshio Kataoka) has signed technical partnership agreements with three European car manufacturers: Breyton Design GmbH, a BMW tuner, Kleemann A/S, a Mercedes-Benz tuner, and Sportec AG, a Porsche tuner.
Toyo is currently in the process of pursuing collaborative relationships with major European car tuners in an effort to bolster our brand image and production technology in the region. These agreements, part of this on-going effort, establish a foundation for a range of activities that include mutual technological development through information exchanges and a boost to the corporate image of each company through advertising and exhibition brand placement.
We believe these agreements represent a new opportunity to further enhance our brand's strength as well to develop unique quality products.
