Osaka, Japan - 8 November, 2013 - Toyo Tire & Rubber Co., Ltd.(Akira Nobuki,President & CEO) announces that the company’s Malaysian subsidiary Toyo Tyre Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("TTM"; Kanji Kasai, president) will exhibit at the Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show (KLIMS13) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia over 10 days from November 15 (Fri.) to November 24 (Sun.), 2013.

This spring, TTM launched its retail strategy aimed at growing the Toyo Tires brand and expanding sales in the Malaysian market, and in May began operation of a new plant that incorporates the company’s proprietary A.T.O.M. tire production system elemental technology. TTM will be exhibiting at KLIMS13 for the first time in order to further boost its brand position and showcase its product competitiveness in the Malaysian market.

The TTM booth will give visitors a taste of Toyo Tires’ overall appeal by showcasing the company’s technology-backed high-performance, high-quality passenger vehicle tires and SUV & 4x4 light truck tires that achieve Japanese quality, along with a car equipped with the Proxes R1R real sport radial Extreme Performance Summer tire.
