Osaka, Japan – 27 September, 2016 - Toyo Tire & Rubber Co., Ltd. (Takashi Shimizu, president) announces that Nissan Motor Corporation （herereinafter called “Nissan”）has selected the company's Open Country A26 tire as the original equipment tire for the Nissan Titan, a trailblazer in the North American full-sized pickup truck market. Product shipment began from July 2016.
This is the first time the company's tire has been selected for use as the Nissan Titan's original equipment tire.
