TOYO TIRE Selected as Constituent of World-Class FTSE4Good Index Series for Seventh Consecutive Year
Hyogo, Japan – January 30, 2026 – Toyo Tire Corporation (Headquarters: Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture; President & CEO: Takashi Shimizu; hereinafter, “Toyo Tire”) hereby announces that it has been selected as a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index Series, a world-class ESG investment index, for the seventh year in a row. Toyo Tire also remains*1 a constituent of the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index and FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, both targeting Japanese companies.
*1 Toyo Tire has been a constituent of the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index and the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index for the sixth and fourth consecutive years, respectively.
The FTSE4Good Index Series, the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index, and the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index are ESG investment indices created by the global index and data provider FTSE Russell (FTSE International Limited and Frank Russell Company), which conducts evaluations based on performance in areas such as Corporate Governance, Health & Safety, Anti-Corruption, and Climate Change.

■FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index
Designed to be sector-neutral*2, with reference to TOPIX, the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index reflects the performance of Japanese companies with relatively strong ESG engagement within each sector. To facilitate the transition to a low-carbon economy, the index includes only those companies that are recognized for their improvement efforts under the Transition Pathway Initiative*3 (TPI) Management Quality Score, particularly in the case of companies with high greenhouse gas emissions.
