Introducing SAP S/4 to revolutionize ERP
Our current enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are optimized for each site around the world, but we are in the process of reforming the entire system to be globally centralized and of a global standard in order to gain timely understanding of information necessary to management decisions. We are implementing SAP S/4HANA, and have started with our Serbia Factory that began operations in July 2022. As the next step, we are investigating implementation at sites in Japan, and all departments are pushing ahead with plans to standardize their operations. Gaining centralized access to and utilizing information and data will revolutionize the way work is carried out, and help minimize quality loss, optimize logistics and otherwise improve our business.
